Delivery Information

GRIMO has outsourced our deliveries to our logistics partners SKYNET or POSLAJU or TAQBIN to handle our shipments. 

Shipping and handling rates are determined by the total weight / dimension of all of the orders. FREE SHIPPING available for selected items with a promotion and will be clearly indicated on the product posting.

GRIMO aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times. 

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. A general courier standard for deliveries would be a maximum of 2 visits to the delivery address to get a recipient to receive the parcel. Beyond 2 visits, customer is liable for any additional charges that may be incurred for a repeated delivery and GRIMO cannot be held liable for this failure.

Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in both instances, and in the event of a backorder, will be provided an approximate date of shipment. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order.



Backorders & Cancellations

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship.

In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email [email protected]

If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.



Re-delivery

A re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to GRIMO due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Please do not use P.O. Box addresses. Most items are sent via courier and require a street address for delivery. It is necessary to provide a contact telephone number for delivery purposes.

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.
